With over 25 years of experience in tech and a career spanning executive roles at IBM, DXC, and Cisco, she brings a unique blend of strategic vision and executional rigor.

Below, Adele shares what drew her to Prezent, how she sees communication evolving, and why she believes the company is building more than a product—it’s creating a platform for enterprise transformation.

What made you want to join the board at this time?

It’s all about timing. I truly believe we are entering a new era of communication, one where it’s no longer considered a “soft skill.” Communication has become the strategic currency of leadership.

And right now, Prezent is at a breakout moment. I felt very compelled to be part of a company that isn’t just improving communication—it’s fundamentally reimagining it. That’s powerful.

Prezent is building something that’s not just timely, but necessary.

What excites you most about Prezent?

There are several things, but if I had to pick one, it would be the mission: democratizing great business communication.

Every leader faces this challenge. And now more than ever, with increasing complexity all around us, it’s crucial to be able to handle that complexity and turn it into clarity. Then turn that clarity into influence. That’s what makes communication truly powerful.

Prezent doesn’t just automate slides. It brings together AI-driven personalization and human-grade storytelling. That combination makes it possible to unlock leadership potential, scale storytelling across the organization, and add power to every voice in the enterprise.

That’s what excites me most—the ability to create real impact, at scale.

How do you see communication evolving with AI?

Communication is going through a massive shift. It’s moving from something rare and hard to replicate to something that’s becoming the new competitive edge: data-driven, personalized, customer-focused, and always available when it’s needed.

But what sets Prezent apart from other AI communication tools is its purpose. While most AI companies are focused on content generation, Prezent is designed to generate confidence. That’s a big difference.

It’s not just about automating slides. Prezent understands industry context, story structure, and brand appeal. It empowers leaders to communicate with precision and authenticity. And when you do that, you’re not just telling a story—you’re calling people to action.

There’s a line from a book I like, Storytelling for Dummies. It talks about moving from purpose to storytelling to “storydoing.” That’s exactly what Prezent is enabling.

What unique perspective do you bring to the board?

I bring a holistic view of the customer and the mindset of a global operator.

Having led multi-billion-dollar customer experience businesses across more than 100 markets, I’ve learned how to manage both the art of multi-channel, personalized storytelling and the science of turning that story into business results.

I’m also deeply passionate about execution. Strategy is important, but translating vision into outcomes is where the magic happens. That’s what I aim to contribute.

What are you hoping to learn from this experience?

There’s a lot I’m excited to experience. I want to see firsthand how a bold vision, a world-class product, and an outstanding culture come together to build what I believe will be a category-defining company.

I’m also looking forward to learning from and working with founders and thinkers who believe they can truly change how the world communicates. That kind of environment is inspiring and I know it will push me to grow too.

Where do you see the biggest opportunity for Prezent?

I see Prezent evolving from a high-impact presentation tool into something much bigger: the operating system of executive influence.

Any time a leader—or even an employee—is called to drive clarity, trust, and innovation, Prezent can play a role. That’s how it becomes more than a product. It becomes a platform that helps the enterprise excel.

It’s a big opportunity and it’s the right time to go after it.

My ability to rally people behind a bold and clear vision and turn that vision into alignment, passion, and outstanding results.

It’s something I’ve refined over the years, and something I care deeply about. Because great visions only matter if you can bring others along with you.
