Janet brings more than 25 years of commercial leadership across both startups and global biopharma companies. She’s led teams in over 150 countries, serves on the advisory board at UC Berkeley, and holds a BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology and a Master's in Pharmacology and Cancer Biology and an MBA. Her blend of scientific knowledge and operational experience gives her a uniquely valuable lens on the communication challenges life sciences organizations face.

Throughout her career, Janet has led global teams, launched complex therapies, and driven transformation across commercial and medical organizations. One insight has remained consistent: communication is often the limiting factor—not innovation itself.
