We are looking for an experienced, inquisitive, and highly analytical sales operations analyst to join our sales operations department. A passionate data-centric storyteller to help conceptualize and dig deeper into the data to guide us through decision-making scenarios. This person will play an influential role in the day-to-day and overall strategy of the sales operations department and help inform stakeholders with data to drive better business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports data collection and analysis of Salesforce performance across all regions.
- Leverages proprietary data sets to generate insight through descriptive statistics to help monitor our KPI’s, targets, and business drivers.
- Helps with the development of dashboards and automation of the sales performance reporting for the executive team in a timely manner.
- Assists with modeling and calculations of annual commission plans during budget season.
- Generates forecast and sales analysis reports
- Builds data/insights for presentation slides to support global monthly and quarterly senior executive presentations.
- Responds to ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative sales analysis on current quarter and future quarter metrics and insights against targets.
Must Haves:
- Collaborative and supportive of teammates. Leads with positivity and demonstrates attention to detail when engaging with stakeholders.
- Build relationships with others in the department and work effectively with cross functional teams like finance, marketing, inside sales, sales and accounting.
- 5+ years of experience working with sales data.
- Ability to manage multiple requests/projects, while proactively packaging insights in support of the sales operations function.
- Ability to take initiative on reporting with little direction.
- Understanding of key sales metrics and alignment to business requirements.
- Excellent Excel, Powerpoint and Word knowledge.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.

Role Overview

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and execution-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer to elevate our design and social presence.
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Graphic & Motion Designer to join our creative team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Design, you will collaborate with other creatives to design and deliver a wide range of branded assets across digital and print channels.
At Prezent, the marketing team is dedicated to driving leads into the sales funnel by building brand awareness and effectively communicating the value of Prezent products and services to current and prospective customers. Our team collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all channels.Your creativity, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the senior creatives to design a variety of assets while adhering to Prezent’s branding guidelines and best design practices. Create assets such as:
- Blog and website images, Social media tiles and carousels
- Static and animated ads, YouTube thumbnails and video animations
- Templates for Emails and product update GIFs
- Ebooks, flyers, event signage, and collateral
- Presentation designs, infographics, and videos for webinars
- Creative materials for internal activities, etc.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, submit designs for review, incorporate feedback, and deliver finalized assets to requesters - ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
Work closely with content writers to deliver high-quality, quick-turnaround projects.
Be flexible with working hours, including late shifts to accommodate USA morning time zone handoffs and collaboration.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven ability to create a range of assets mentioned above.
- 3-8 years of professional design experience, including 2+ years in animation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and solid understanding of design best practices and brand consistency.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality output and adaptable to evolving processes and guidelines.
- 2+ years of video editing, web design experience and about 1 year of interface design experience, preferred.
- Preferred knowledge of UX best practices or formal training.
