Role Overview
Prezent’s Marketing team is responsible for delivering leads into the sales funnel. The team partners cross-functionally with every part of the company (Product, Sales, etc.) to build brand awareness and communicate the value of Prezent products and services to existing and future customers.
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Visual Designer who can bring cutting-edge design to life through email campaigns. This role requires not just a strong eye for design, but also hands-on experience using AI design tools to streamline workflows, enhance visuals, and push the boundaries of modern email design. Bonus points if you love transforming complex ideas into clean, high-quality instructional GIFs that make content instantly digestible.
Key Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Head of Design and other senior creatives, you will be responsible for creating email assets that adhere to Prezent branding and best design practices, including the use of grid systems, hierarchy, and visual consistency.
- Manage multiple projects at once, submit them for review and approval, make edits, and deliver them to the original requester in a timely manner
- Work closely with content writers to deliver quick turnaround projects
- Be willing to work late hours, for handoffs, collaboration, and meetings in USA morning time frames
- Leverage AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Gemini, Firefly, Figma AI, etc.) to generate, refine, and scale creative assets.
- Create high-quality instructional GIFs and micro-animations for onboarding, product education, or email tutorials.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–8 years of design experience with 2+ years in animation; preferred 2+ years video editing,web design experience with 1 year in interface design, UX best practices or training and proven AI workflow experience.
- Strong expertise in designing and coding responsive emails across platforms and devices.
- Proficiency in design software (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) with proven experience using AI-powered design tools (generative AI, automation workflows, creative platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to create instructional GIFs or short-form animations that clearly explain features or workflows.
- Experience in building design systems and scalable templates.
- Understanding of data-driven design and the ability to optimize based on performance metrics.
- Knowledge of design best practices and ability to follow brand guidelines across various asset types
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills for working with a global team.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to efficiently produce high-quality outputs.
