Role Overview

As a Salesforce Administrator at Prezent, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platforms. You’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline processes, improve system efficiency, and enhance the overall user experience. This role is a key enabler of operational excellence and offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact on business performance through strong Salesforce administration and data management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration

  • Perform Salesforce administrative tasks including user management, security, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular data audits and de-duplication efforts.
  • Monitor and manage data integrations with other systems.

Configuration and Customization

  • Customize Sales and service cloud applications to meet the business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, rollup summary fields, lightening pages and lightning components
  • Create and manage complex flows, data validation, and triggers.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to business users.
  • Utilize Salesforce reporting tools to analyze data and provide recommendations for improvements.

Project Management

  • Lead and participate in projects to implement new features and functionalities in Salesforce.
  • Partner with GTM and operations teams to understand and implement new salesforce capabilities that support business growth and efficiency.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Best Practices and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational policies.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, and provide recommendations for improvements.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud certifications are a plus.
  • Proficient in handling end-to-end data management activities such as imports, exports, data cleansing, and migrations.
  • Experience with sales and service cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Lightning Experience.
  • Proficient in data management, including data import/export, data clean-up, and data migration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
