Role Overview
As a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager at Prezent, you will drive operational excellence across our go-to-market (GTM) functions—Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and O2C—by leveraging deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce and a strong understanding of data, automation, and AI.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical execution ability. You’ll manage and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem, improve lead-to-revenue processes, and enable data-driven growth decisions. You will be both an architect and an operator: someone who can lead process design while getting hands-on with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Einstein, and Agentforce.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the entire GTM tech stack—Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, and other systems—operates seamlessly to support growth, productivity, and predictable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. GTM Systems Ownership
- Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud—overseeing system design, configuration, data quality, and performance.
- Build, optimize, and automate end-to-end GTM workflows using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Einstein.
- Take full ownership of the GTM tech stack, ensuring integrations, data flow, and system scalability.
- Drive adoption and utilization of Salesforce and connected GTM tools (Gong, Apollo, etc.).
2. Revenue Operations Strategy
- Develop and manage RevOps frameworks for forecasting, territory management, and pipeline visibility.
- Partner closely with the O2C (Order-to-Cash) team to ensure accurate, efficient deal processing, billing, and revenue recognition workflows.
- Provide strategic insights to leadership through data-driven dashboards and operational analysis.
3. AI & Automation Enablement
- Leverage Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce (Salesforce’s agentic AI capabilities) to enhance forecasting accuracy, automate insights, and improve user productivity.
- Collaborate with Product and AI teams to embed automation and intelligence into GTM processes.
- Stay ahead of emerging Salesforce AI features and integrate them into Prezent’s operations roadmap.
4. Data Management & Reporting
- Own GTM data strategy: maintain CRM data hygiene, governance, and integrity.
- Build advanced reporting and dashboards in Salesforce for pipeline analytics, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Integrate Salesforce data with business intelligence systems to enable unified analytics.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, O2C, and Customer Success leadership to align GTM metrics and reporting.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable system solutions.
- Manage external partners and internal contributors for CRM or automation-related initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Proven hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Mandatory skills: Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Einstein Analytics, and CRM automation.
- Experience designing scalable RevOps processes and managing Salesforce integrations with tools like Gong, Apollo, or Outreach.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data models, reporting, and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on system execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agentforce or Salesforce AI Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications.
- Exposure to SaaS or enterprise B2B environments.

- Background in AI-driven RevOps automation or predictive modeling.
