The Role
Help us build and scale a new discipline at the intersection of storytelling, AI, and enterprise delivery. As the Head of Presentation Engineering, you will build and lead an AI-powered, human-centered Presentation Engineering team, own client delivery and workflow implementation, and partner cross-functionally to drive adoption of the Prezent AI Communications Agency platform (including ASTRID) across enterprise accounts. You’ll set the bar for excellence in executive-ready communication, operationalize best-in-class delivery, and turn client feedback into product and process improvements that scale. This role is a senior level role with P&L responsibility, and reporting to the Chief Customer Officer and Co-Founder of Prezent.
What You’ll Do
- Team Leadership and Org Build for a AI Powered, Human Centered Organization
- Hire, Lead, and Develop a high-performing team of Presentation Engineers
- Define operating rhythms, training, quality standards, playbooks, and career paths
- Establish capacity planning, staffing models, and utilization targets
- Executive Storytelling Excellence at Scale
- Guide clients on narrative structure and executive-ready communications that influence decisions.
- Ensure reusable storytelling frameworks and assets meet enterprise-grade standards
- Client Delivery and Workflow Implementation
- Design and implement presentation workflows, governance, and scalable templates within Prezent
- Stand-up pilots, trainings, and office hours to drive activation and power-user growth.
- Product Feedback and Platform Adoption
- Create closed-loop feedback with Product, Design, and Engineering to evolve ASTRID and Prezent.AI
- Translate client needs into requirements, prioritize use cases, and validate solutions in-market
- Business Outcomes and Growth
- Own delivery KPIs: activation, usage, time-to-value, NPS, renewals, and expansions
- Partner with Sales/CS on scoping, SOWs, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Identify and nurture warm leads for software adoption and overnight presentation services
What We’re Looking For
- 7-10 years in consulting, professional services, customer success engineering, or delivery leadership in AI/SaaS or adjacent tech-enabled services
- Background from top consulting firms strongly preferred, e.g., Accenture, Blue Matter, Guidehouse, Trinity, PwC, FTI, Huron, Navigant
- Proven experience building and leading client-facing delivery teams with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in standing up workflows, governance, and change management across complex enterprises
- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach
- Strong project/program management across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Technical fluency and curiosity about AI-powered products and data-driven communications
- Industry familiarity in life sciences or technology is a plus
