Role Overview
As AI reshapes how go-to-market (GTM) teams operate, Prezent is seeking a Director – GTM Enablement who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and leads from the front.
We’re looking for a high-energy, experienced GTM Enablement leader to own the end-to-end enablement function at Prezent. You’ll design, execute, and continuously optimize a world-class enablement program that accelerates performance across Sales, Customer Success, and SDR teams. This is a high-visibility role for a builder who moves fast, takes ownership, and thrives in a dynamic, scaling environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full GTM enablement strategy and execution roadmap across all customer-facing teams (Sales, CS, SDR).
- Partner with GTM leadership to identify enablement priorities that improve ramp time, productivity, and pipeline conversion.
- Design and deliver onboarding, training, and certification programs for new hires and ongoing skill development.
- Build scalable frameworks for deal coaching, product launches, messaging alignment, and sales play execution.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Revenue Operations to ensure GTM teams have the right content, tools, and data at their fingertips.
- Drive a continuous feedback loop to measure impact and optimize enablement initiatives against key performance metrics.
- Manage a portfolio of enablement projects from sales process and messaging to customer journey mapping and cross-functional initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of enablement experience supporting high-growth SaaS GTM organizations.
- Proven ability to design and execute enablement programs that drive measurable revenue impact.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to energize and inspire a distributed GTM org.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills; thrives in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments.
- Hands-on builder mindset: resourceful, creative, and accountable for delivering outcomes, not just materials.
- Familiarity with enablement tools (Lessonly, Highspot, Gong, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
