We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic sales professional to join our team as the Director of Client Partnerships. As the Director, you will lead our sales efforts, drive business growth, and build strong client relationships at the executive level. We specifically require candidates with enterprise/Fortune 2000 experience, as we are looking for individuals with a proven track record of success in selling at that level.

  •  Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual ARR targets.
  • Land and expand within your territory, growing existing footprints in multiple groups, departments, and divisions with the goal to scale enterprise wide
  •  Develop new business opportunities by analyzing and proactively targeting land targets, and high-value accounts across the territory
  • Effectively articulate and demonstrate Prezent’s unique business, solution, and functional value to drive growth across the assigned employee count segment
  • Drive enterprise awareness, pipeline, and subscription growth in prospect and existing accounts.
  • Conduct thorough client needs analysis to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on market demands, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Define territory strategies that enable sales velocity by partnering with the Customer Success Manager, and Growth Business Development Rep (assigned on a 1 to 1 ratio)
  • Represent Prezent as an enterprise software platform to address the company’s communication and productivity improvement initiatives
  • Effectively forecast sales opportunities, and manage accounts and opportunities via Prezent’s chosen CRM platform, while tracking and using critical metrics that predict sales success
  • Willingness to travel, when needed, to represent Prezent at customer and prospect meetings

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Enterprise/Fortune 2000 sales experience is required.
  • High growth, high-velocity career experience with a gritty, can-do attitude
  •  Experience selling Saas software solutions
  • Demonstrated mid-market sales success; track record of exceeding quotas and receiving recognition, awards for high performance, and career promotions
  • Proven 'hunter' (new business) selling skills
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior line-of-business executives, as well as operational managers across the segment
  • Ability to manage a large and diverse pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, presentation and demo skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth company where change is a constant
  • Understands the difference between activity and results, and delivers beyond expectations internally and externally.
