We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by providing valuable insights and analysis. This position is ideal for individuals with 2 to 3 years of experience in business analysis or a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career in the field. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze data, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibility: 

• Deck Creation: Create visually appealing and informative decks to present complex business information and analysis in a concise and compelling manner. These decks may include presentations for internal meetings, client pitches, project updates, or other business-related purposes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end-users to understand their needs and objectives.
• Perform detailed data analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
• Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, market trends, and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities. Interpret data and present actionable insights to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Small Tasks: Assist with various day-to-day tasks related to business operations, such as data entry, data validation, documentation, and report generation. These tasks may vary based on the needs of different projects or departments.
• Building Proposal Decks: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and contribute to the development of persuasive proposal decks. Utilize your analytical skills to create compelling business cases, highlighting the benefits, risks, and feasibility of proposed initiatives.
  

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
• Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
